The Role Reporting to the Warehouse Operations Supervisor, you'll lead day-to-day operations while ensuring accuracy, productivity, and safety standards are consistently met. Lead and support a small warehouse team on daily operations Coordinate receipting, dispatch, and inventory movements Maintain high standards across safety, compliance, and stock control Use WMS and RF technology to manage workflow and inventory Liaise with internal stakeholders to keep operations running smoothly What You'll Bring Proven experience as a Leading Hand or Team Leader in warehousing Current LF Forklift Licence (essential) RF scanning experience in a fast-paced environment Strong understanding of inventory and warehouse processes Confident using systems and basic Microsoft Office A hands-on leadership style with strong communication skills Highly regarded: Dangerous Goods or chemical warehousing experience Exposure to WMS/ERP systems in a paperless environment What's On Offer Full-time, stable opportunity Early start, early finish - 5:30am to 2:00pm Work with a supportive team in a specialised environment Strong safety culture and well-run operation If you are an experienced warehouse professional looking to step up or continue in a leadership role, we'd love to hear from you.
