Key Responsibilities:
* Greet visitors and staff in a friendly, professional manner
* Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and messages
* Coordinate mail, couriers, petty cash, and receipting
* Provide administrative support including rostering, data entry, and document preparation
* Maintain confidentiality and security protocols at all times
* Assist with staff inductions, internal communications, and ordering of supplies
* Provide backup relief for other admin and reception roles as needed
* Ensure compliance with WHS, quality, and privacy standards
What We’re Looking for:
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in an administration or reception role
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general admin systems
* Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
* Current National Police Clearance and Driver’s Licence
Desirable:
* Experience in aged care or healthcare settings
* Familiarity with CIM software
* Italian language skills a bonus!
