About the Role

You'll manage a mainly residential portfolio of smaller schemes with strong support from a dedicated team of four specialists handling maintenance, insurance, accounts, and ad-hoc tasks.
AGMs are conducted during business hours via Zoom,no late-night meetings or heavy site visits. If a meeting runs over, you can start later the next day.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of residential strata schemes
* Build strong relationships with owners and committees
* Ensure compliance and smooth day-to-day operations
* Collaborate with a supportive internal team
* Qualifications: Support you through A100 and Cert IV if needed
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in Strata (any level) or a Property Manager with a strong passion to build a career in the industry
* Excellent communication & customer service skills
* A proactive, team-focused attitude
* Solid time management & multitasking abilities
