In addition, you will lead regional strategies for key emergency response infrastructure including control centres, airbases, fire towers and radio communications, have the opportunity to shape funding submissions and advocate for critical infrastructure investment and make a visible and lasting impact on Victoria's bushfire and emergency management capability. In this leadership and management role, you will be committed to: Leading the development and implementation of regional asset and infrastructure strategies that enhance operational readiness and future resilience Building strong, collaborative relationships across regional, district and state teams to inform investment priorities and contribute to statewide planning Driving improvements to asset management systems and practices, enabling data-driven decision-making and effective service delivery Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications Demonstrated experience in fleet, fire tower and airbase asset management, and/or working with asset management IT systems (desirable). This is an ongoing position. The work location for this position is flexible within Barwon South West Region with hybrid work arrangements available.
