Job Description As Night Manager, you will be responsible for managing the hotel in the absence of senior leadership, maintaining a high standard of guest service, and ensuring smooth overnight operations. This is a hand-on role where you will lead from the front and support a small night team Effectively manage the daily reconciliation of the Hotel’s trading, checking and preparing reports and statistical information in accordance with service standards and auditing procedures during the night shift Provide exceptional guest service, handling enquiries, check-ins/outs, and guest concerns Coach, mentor and inspire the Night Team to excel in their roles Ensure compliance with hotel Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and support the implementation, training, and continuous improvement of SOPs across night operations Oversee all hotel operations during the night shift (approx. 10.00pm – 6:00am) Ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and the property Respond to emergencies and manage incidents in a calm and professional manner Assist with Valet Parking as required Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless operations and prepare for the following day Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards across public areas Act as the main point of contact for guests overnight
