In this hands-on role, you’ll support and train our café trainees as they gain real-world experience in a welcoming, inclusive environment. Working alongside hospitality and disability professionals, you’ll help deliver great coffee, great food, and even greater opportunities. About the role In this hands-on role, you’ll guide trainees in developing barista, food prep, and customer service skills—helping them grow personally and professionally on their journey toward employment and independence. This is a casual position, covering opening hours of 7.00am - 3.00pm. About you You will be an experienced Disability Support Worker, along with your disability expertise, you will have customer service and barista experience within the hospitality industry. Skills, experience & requirements Experience in the hospitality and/or disability sector Certificate IV in Disability (preferred but not essential) Food Safety Handling Certificate (or willing to obtain) Experience and confidence operating a coffee machine (preferred) Confident and capable of teaching and training hospitality skills (essential) Outstanding customer service skills Excellent communication, organization and time management skills NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check Current First Aid and CPR Certificate Compassionate and empathetic individuals who are looking for something more and want to make a difference If you have the skills and experience for this role, please Apply Now.
