About the role
Adelaide Bathroom And Kitchen Supplies is seeking a full-time Delivery Driver / Warehouse to join our team in Dernancourt, South Australia. As a crucial member of our operations, you will be responsible for the timely and efficient delivery of bathroomware and electrical appliances to customers, as well as assisting in the day-to-day management of our warehouse.
What you'll be doing
* Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport goods to customers
* Load and unload delivery vehicles, ensuring items are handled with care
* Physical ability to lift items over 35kg as required for loading and unloading operations. Pallet jack, hand trolley and full tailgate truck provided.
* Assist with the organisation and maintenance of the warehouse, including stock management and order picking
* Provide excellent customer service and be the face of the company during deliveries
* Comply with all relevant safety and compliance regulations
* Support the wider warehouse and logistics team as required
What we're looking for
* A valid driver's licence and previous experience in a delivery or warehousing role
* LR (Light Rigid) class driver's licence required for operating delivery vehicles
* Minimum 2 years of delivery driving experience
* Minimum 1 year of warehousing experience
* Strong organisation and time management skills to ensure efficient and on-time deliveries
* The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanour
* A commitment to safety and attention to detail
* Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management
* Australian work rights required for this position
