We are committed to providing our team with the support and resources they need to succeed.About the roleIdeally, you will have a proven Sales background, with 4WD, Offroad, Mechanical or Auto Electrical experience, and possess strong sales and administrative skills in a busy environment.
We are looking for enthusiasm, passion, a strong work ethic, loyalty to our brand and the ability to multi-task with a strong attention to detail, which is crucial to this role.
You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales of our premium 4WD products, accessories & services.What you'll be doingCover all aspects of the sales process in store, by phone and email from a diverse range of customers, including trade clients and automotive dealers.Maintaining monthly sales targets and profitabilityBe organised and able to manage multiple tasks at onceGenerating current and following up on existing leadsNegotiating and closing salesPreparing sales, purchase orders and quotesLiaising with the Workshop Supervisor to ensure works are carried out as plannedAttending industry shows throughout the yearParticipating in training and development opportunities to continuously expand your product knowledgeWhat we're looking forEnthusiasm for the 4WD lifestyle and a passion for providing exceptional customer serviceMinimum 2 years\' experience in automotive or 4WD sales rolesA mechanical and/or Auto Electrical qualification together with 4WD experience will be highly regardedExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with customersStrong knowledge of 4WD systems, suspension setups, and common vehicle modifications with the ability to educate customers on features and benefitsStrong organisational and administrative skills to maintain accurate sales recordsAbility to work unsupervised with a positive, team-oriented attitude and the willingness to contribute to the overall success of the businessIf you are able to prioritise your workload, be hardworking and have plenty of initiative, please hit the apply now button.
