The District Manager is responsible for:
* Overseeing and managing the operations of multiple retail locations in Adelaide.
* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals.
* Monitor store performance, ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded.
* Provide leadership, training, and support to store managers and their teams.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures across all stores.
* Analyse sales data and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
* Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute business plans.
* Foster a positive work environment and promote strong teamwork among staff.
Profile
A successful District Manager should have:

* Flexibility to travel between retail locations in Adelaide as required
Job Offer
