We are a rapidly growing software-as-a-service (SaaS) company dedicated to building easy-to-use solutions for the traffic management industry.
Role Description
In this role, you will primarily focus on being the main point of contact for our new and existing customers. The role will suit someone who is organised, enjoys building lasting customer relationships and has a passion for technology.
In this role, you will:
* Manage the customer onboarding process by ensuring all initial experiences with our products are successful;
* Conduct online product training and demonstrations;
* Build relationships and conduct scheduled follow-up with our existing customers, to ensure they're getting maximum value from our products;
* Manage the renewal of existing accounts;
* Collaborate with our software development team to translate customer feedback into software updates and new product development;
* Remain current in our products, services and the competitive landscape;
* Assist in the development of educational and support materials related to our products; and
* Effectively record sales activity and customer interactions using Hubspot.
Remuneration will be commensurate with experience, but striving for excellence will be encouraged and rewarded.
The position is primarily based at our Geelong office, with some flexibility to work from home.
Skills and Experience
You will have:
* Effective communication skills, including the ability to interact with customers and our global team
* Excellent verbal and written presentation skills
* Keen attention to detail and be highly organised
* Ability to connect with a wide range of individuals and build relationships
* Technical proficiency and confidence
* Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, communications, IT)
* Ideally, 2-3 years of professional experience including exposure to sales and/or customer relations. That said, recent graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Knowledge of traffic management and/or exposure to our RapidPlan product range will be advantageous.
