As a Support Team Leader, you will be empowered to lead the support team and engage with stakeholders across the wider business to champion and coordinate stock distribution and facilities management. Responsibilities include Coordinate stock flow to the shopfloor, including ticketing, hanging, security tagging, and distribution, working with the line manager.Complete and coordinate the Outbound process, including Instore Fulfilment within agreed SLAs.Ensure prompt and accurate payment to vendors within SLA using Logistics Inventory Management Systems.Monitor and facilitate store access for contractor services, including maintenance, permits, and visitor access.Assist the Support/Operations Manager with sustainability initiatives.Promote workplace health and safety (WHS) to maintain a safe environment for all.Manage shrinkage through cycle counts, investigations, and stock adjustments.Ensure adherence to store security, cash handling, and POS procedures to minimize errors and ensure compliance.Coordinate training and manage records related to WHS and injury management.Follow systems and processes per David Jones policies on inventory management.Delegate tasks effectively to ensure team productivity and task completion.Coach and develop team members to achieve results and maintain engagement.Lead by example, fostering collaboration and team unity.Maintain excellent organization and prioritization skills, with attention to detail.Build and maintain positive relationships with a customer-focused approach.Be adaptable and resilient to change.Apply financial, analytical, and systems knowledge effectively.Be self-motivated, diligent, and possess an exceptional service mindset with strong communication skills.
