Hi, I’m a 25-year-old woman living in Coolum with my family and I’m looking for an awesome supporter to work positively and intentionally alongside me and my team! I enjoy hanging out in my community, connecting with people, working, volunteering and much more. I am fun, curious, clever, kind, thoughtful and value my independence. I’m a dog, car and music lover who likes being physically active and I’m currently looking for another amazing supporter to assist me with my continued growth towards independence. The Role:
- Assistance to engage in chosen activities at my own pace
- Providing proactive, positive assistance in all areas of my daily life

Support Times:
- Mondays - 8am to 3:30pm
- Wednesdays - 10am to 5:45pm
- Friday - 3:30pm s/o 10:30am
- Saturdays 10am to 5:45pm
- Some weekday mornings from 6:30am - 9am
Essential requirements:
- Female
- +2 years’ experience in disability support
- Epilepsy Management Training & experience following Epilepsy Management Plan
- High Level Mental Health experience
- Experience with positive behaviour support
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Driver’s licence & reliable, comprehensively insured vehicle
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- National Police Check
- NDIS Workers Orientation Certificate
Pay Rates:
- Monday to Friday 6am to 8pm shift - $38.50 per hour
- Monday to Friday 8pm - 6am shift - $43.12 per hour
- Saturday - $53.90 per hour
- Sunday - $69.30 per hour
- Public Holidays - $84.70 per hour
- Sleepover allowance $80.00 per shift
