Job Overview:
This is a comprehensive IT traineeship program designed to equip individuals with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in the industry.
* You will participate in a Certificate IV Information Technology qualification, spanning 24 months.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the IT Helpdesk team by triaging incoming tickets, ensuring accurate logging and escalation.
* Maintain awareness of all reported issues, track progress, and facilitate timely resolution.
* Liaise with external support technicians to optimize issue resolution.
* Communicate effectively with various stakeholders regarding IT-related matters.

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Demonstrate passion for technology, driven to build a career within the industry.
* Able to work independently, making sound decisions without direct supervision.
* Hold a valid driver's license or be eligible to obtain prior to the commencement of the traineeship.
* Willingness to undergo a pre-employment medical assessment, including Standard Medical, Drug and Alcohol screening and Functional capacity evaluation.
