The Role
In this role, you will play a critical part in our compounding operations, working in a dedicated lab environment to prepare a range of non-sterile compounded products. You'll work closely with pharmacists and fellow technicians to ensure all formulations are produced accurately, safely, and in accordance with established procedures and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare compounded medications to prescription specifications
* Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols
* Accurately measure, mix, and label ingredients using compounding equipment
* Maintain cleanroom/lab hygiene and assist with equipment cleaning and calibration
* Record batch formulations and maintain accurate compounding documentation
* Support dispensary operations as needed
What You'll Bring
* Certificate II, III or IV in Community Pharmacy (or equivalent experience)
* Previous experience in pharmaceutical compounding (preferred but not essential)
* High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
* Excellent hygiene and safety practices
* Organised, reliable, and proactive work ethic
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
* Full working rights in Australia

Salary & Benefits:
$55-$65/hour plus super is available for a suitable Pharmacist.
