Job Description
* Managing and strengthening senior-level relationships across major industrial and manufacturing accounts
* Building, maintaining and converting a national sales pipeline
* Identifying and winning new business opportunities
* Leading tender responses and major project bids
* Conducting regular business reviews with key customers
* Negotiating with customers and suppliers to maximise commercial outcomes
* Managing national contracts, KPIs and reporting requirements
* Developing strategies that enhance our customer value proposition and competitive position
Qualifications
* Proven success managing large key accounts and securing new projects
* A track record of exceeding sales and margin targets
* Minimum 5 years senior key account management experience
* Strong negotiation and influencing skills
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Electrical industry experience, ideally within industrial or commercial markets
* Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail
* CRM experience and solid Microsoft Office capability
