About the Role
* Take on responsibility as a process consultant, working closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
* Detailed planning of process implementation across all related applications, ensuring seamless integration and efficient workflows.
* Develop high-quality process models, demonstrating profound knowledge of modeling standards and tools.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of features and configuration of SuccessFactors Modules, driving continuous improvement.
Skill Requirements
* A deep understanding of Human Resource (HR) and Payroll (PY) processes.
* Familiarity with innovations in HR, with experience in project/feasibility studies highly desirable.
* Possess a university degree or equivalent work experience, with additional languages and formal certifications an advantage.
