About the Role
This is a true HR generalist role with an operational focus — no two days are the same! You'll be the go-to for all things people, working across the full employee lifecycle and partnering with teams. From onboarding and culture-building to compliance and performance, you'll keep things running smoothly and stylishly.
What You'll Be Doing
* Be the first point of contact for HR support across the business
* Own and drive key HR operations: onboarding, offboarding, contracts, and employee records
* Support performance and development programs across teams
* Assist leaders with employee relations matters in a confident and solutions-focused way
* Roll up your sleeves for process improvement and HR system enhancements
* Champion culture and engagement initiatives (think wellness, events, and ways-of-working)
* Collaborate with global teams to align on people priorities and policies
About You
* You're an experienced HR generalist who thrives in fast-paced, hands-on environments
* You know your way around HR operations and love creating smooth, scalable processes
* You're approachable, organised, and can balance empathy with professionalism
* You've worked in a creative or retail/fashion environment (bonus points!)
* Experience managing HRIS systems and HR documentation
* You're a natural communicator and confident working with stakeholders at all levels
