Responsibilities:
• Perform façade maintenance duties on high-rise buildings using abseiling techniques
• Adhere to safety procedures and regulations according to Australian Standards to maintain a secure working environment
• Inspect and maintain equipment, ensuring it's in good working order and provide regular inspections reports for company traceability
• Collaborate with team members to complete jobs in a timely manner, high quality and secure.
• Maintain a professional demeanour while interacting with clients and the public
Qualifications:
• At least 2 years of experience in abseiling High-Rise Buildings
• IRATA Level 2 or level 3 in rope access
• Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
• Excellent and fluent communication in English and Spanish
• Strong attention to detail, commitment to safety and teamwork skills
• Certified Installer certificate
• First Aid Certificate
• Confined space Certificate
• Valid Australian driver's license and reliable transportation
