Job Description
As HR Business Partner, you will:
* Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement people strategies aligned with business goals.
* Drive talent management, including recruitment, development, and retention strategies in collaboration with HR functional teams.
* Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment legislation.
* Lead organizational development initiatives, supporting change management and cultural improvement.
* Develop and interpret HR policies, ensuring alignment with best practices and legislative requirements.
* Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and inform decision-making.
* Support learning and development programs, facilitating workshops and encouraging manager engagement.
* Promote employee engagement through initiatives that enhance wellbeing and organizational culture
* Ensuring HR processes, documentation and systems meet compliance and legislative requirement
The Successful Applicant
* 8-10 years of HR experience, including at least 4 years in a HRBP role.
* Strong experience in ER case management and Unions negotiation
* Experienced within the Manufacturing industry
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to influence and partner with senior leaders in a dynamic environment.
* Available to start in January
