We are working with an established well known organsiation based in Melbourne that are looking to engae an experienced Oracle HCM Tech/Func Consultant that has an exceptional process / documentation background to join an existing project. Almost like an SME type role - the role will ideally see the consultant looking after (Core HCM, Talent, Recruitment & Onboarding) Required Skills and Experience; 5yrs experience of (CORE HCM, TALENT, REC/ONB) - ideally within a process improvement / process aligned projects Provide day-to-day system support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities for automation or process optimisation. Strong business analysis and requirements gathering capabilities across HR processes. Demonstrated vendor management and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience delivering system enhancements, integrations, and upgrades in complex enterprise environments. Strong documentation experience Strong understanding of HR business processes, compliance requirements, and industry best practices Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skillsOracle Cloud HCM certifications strongly preferred Great opportudnity to secure a 12mth gig with a great business on a fixed term basis - $160-170k Super - Hybrid role - MUST be an Australia PR or Citizen
