* Full-time, Ongoing position at HEW Level 9.
* Campbelltown campus, with flexible working arrangements.
* Salary: $134,981 - $144,149 per annum, plus 17% Super and Leave Loading.
Lead operational excellence and drive continuous improvement across critical university functions.
The Opportunity
This is a pivotal leadership role overseeing the operational functions of the Faculty. You will ensure the effective delivery of compliance, finance, and administrative services, enabling high-quality support to Schools and alignment with University priorities.
You will lead a high-performing operations team, foster collaboration, and drive continuous improvement. A key part of this role is balancing strategic priorities with day-to-day operational demands, navigating complex compliance frameworks, and contributing to change initiatives that shape the future of Faculty operations.
What Success Looks Like
* Deliver consistent, compliant operational services aligned with Faculty and University priorities.
* Lead and develop a high-performance operations team that embraces continuous improvement.
* Implement efficient administrative systems and processes to enhance service delivery.
* Provide accurate financial planning and reporting to support informed decision-making.
* Build strong relationships across Schools and Divisions to enable cross-functional collaboration.

About You
* Postgraduate qualifications and/or extensive experience in operations, administration, or a related field.
* Proven expertise in managing operational teams within complex organizations.
* Strong knowledge of compliance, financial management, and administrative systems.
* Demonstrated ability to lead change and deliver strategic outcomes.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate.
* High-level proficiency in enterprise systems and Microsoft 365 tools.
