Coles has introduced a career‐defining retail leadership program to transform passionate retail leaders into our next generation of Store Managers. Grow your career as a retail leader with a place in our Store Manager Accelerator Program (SMAP).

As part of a close‐knit cohort, participants will experience hands‐on practical learning through store placements, shadowing opportunities, self‐paced and facilitator‐led training, mentoring, and coaching.

You'll receive post‐program support and the opportunity for further progression throughout the group to continue to fuel your passion for a career in retail.
