Communications Manager
to join their team to work on Leading international and Australian brands in Luxury, Premium fashion, Lifestyle and Beauty across public relations, influencer marketing, VIP, digital.

The successful applicant will work across a portfolio of some of the world's most respected brands including Calvin Klein, Dior, Kate Spade New York, AFC Australian Fashion Week, Saint Laurent & Tommy Hilfiger.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
* Determine a client's PR requirements and identify new ideas/ opportunities for brand development.
* Execute and manage digital/influencer programs for the clients.
* Develop and maintain excellent working relations with all media platforms.
* National & international media relations strategies and implementation
* Integrating client briefs and uncovering digital opportunities where possible.
* Implementation of cross platform ideas that complement and magnify client strategies with a focus on those with digital at its heart.
* Develop recommendations / proposals for clients to further expand influencer / digital campaigns.
* Providing clients with strategic advice alongside industry movements and competitor developments
* Driving and executing PR and influencer strategies to support brand-level priority concepts, products, campaigns, events, and corporate initiatives.
* Leading the fusion of editorial and social storytelling as new way of category communication
* Build relationships with influencer and celebrity talent agencies/PR teams to grow brand reach and identify opportunities for partnerships.
* Gaining media attention towards brands to maximise product placement.
* Identifying opportunities for strategic product placement with key national publications
* Implementation of dynamic and highly detailed events
* Ability to meet client KPIs, inclusive of completing client reporting and analysis.
* Day-to-day client liaison
* Conducting client work in progress (WIP) meetings
* Composing client reporting (weekly, monthly)
* Monthly valuing & PR value reports
* EOY analysis reports
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:
* Ability to work autonomously and hit the ground running in a dynamic role.
* Client management experience being the direct report and accountability.
* Comprehensive understanding and experience in the media, digital and social media landscape
* Strong experience in digital and social strategy, and implementation, as well as an interest in digital and emerging technologies
* Strong attention to detail
* Fast, dynamic and ability to multi-task
* Experience orchestrating brand events, with an eye for detail
* Ability to develop and implement media matrix's with direction from CEO.
* Natural networker – well- established relationships with national / international media, influencers, industry
* Excellent written, verbal communication and relationship building skills.
* Comprehensive IT skills
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
* Five years' experience in fashion, lifestyle or beauty communications
