Details Outback QLD hospital (General Practice)
* Dates: ongoing
* Required rostered hours: minimum 40 hours per week, roster to be agreed with the practice manager
* Services Fee: $187.50 + GST per hour or 70% + GST of billings, whichever is greater in the billing period
* Accommodation: if unable to use SHP lodgings then $150 per night allowance, booked by agency
* Car hire per day booked by agency
* Flights: lowest fare applicable allowed, ideally local QLD or East Coast based GP
Metro QLD – Occ health (38 hrs)
* Dates: ongoing (Brisbane)
* Required rostered hours: minimum 38 hours per week, roster to be agreed with the practice manager
* Services Fee: $200.00 + GST per hour or 65% + GST of billings, whichever is greater in the billing period
* Accommodation: if unable to use SHP lodgings then $150 per night allowance, booked by agency
* Car hire per day booked by agency
* Flights: lowest fare applicable allowed, ideally local QLD or East Coast based GP
Metro QLD – Occ health (28 hrs)
* Dates: ongoing (Brisbane)
* Required rostered hours: minimum 28 hours per week, roster to be agreed with the practice manager
* Services Fee: $165.00 + GST per hour or 65% + GST of billings, whichever is greater in the billing period
* Accommodation: if unable to use SHP lodgings then $150 per night allowance, booked by agency
* Car hire per day booked by agency
* Flights: lowest fare applicable allowed, ideally local QLD or East Coast based GP
Townsville region, QLD – mixture of GP / Occ health
* Dates: 23/07 to 30/07 2024 (Clinic and Hospital)
* Roles: GP to work 24/7 on call at the hospital and also in the clinic
* Hospital: Moranbah Hospital, QLD
* Centre Operating Hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Mon–Fri (1 hr lunch); 8:00 am – 12:30 pm Sat; 9:00 am – 12:00 pm Sun
* Hospital On Call Hours: 24/7
* Services Fee (daily rate):
o Mon‐Fri 8:00‐5:00: $1,500 + GST per day
o Sat‐Sun, public holidays and incomplete days: $187.50 + GST per hour
* On Call Services: $1,700 + GST per 24 hours (23/07 – 30/07 12:30 pm to 24 Oct 12:30 pm)
* Flights, car and hospital accommodation provided
Central, QLD – Occ health only
* Dates: 15 July 2024 – 26 July 2024
* Centre Operating Hours: 8 am – 4 pm
