We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to be a central point of coordination between our technical, sales, and global marketing teams. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your existing knowledge of B2B strategy and align it with a world-changing, ethical mission.
The Role
Based in our St Leonards, Sydney Head Office, you will:
Product Marketing: Manage multi-format marketing assets, maintain web content accuracy via CMS, and assist in creating localized sales materials like pitch decks and case studies.
Global Launch Support: Act as the primary liaison between the Norway-based engineering team and the Sydney marketing team to support the full product launch on July 1, 2026.
Brand & Content Management: Ensure all materials adhere to global brand guidelines and legal standards regarding data privacy and authorship.
Event Coordination: Support global activities, including support and coordination for local activity around the world.
Administrative Support: Manage invoices, budget tracking for launch costs, and general reporting.
Salary: AUD 80,000 – 90,000 per annum + Superannuation (depending on experience)

About You
You are a proactive communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment. You have a knack for translating complex technical B2B concepts into compelling copy to show clear value for the market.
Requirements:
Prior Product Knowledge: Existing foundational knowledge and working experience with leading marketing technology product suites & technology.
Experience: 1-5 years in a marketing coordination, communications, or product support role (EdTech or B2B SaaS preferred).
Education: Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Skills: Proficiency with CMS, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), and project management tools.
