About The Role
Lead the maintenance and repair of a diverse range of equipment in Western Australia's Pilbara — from mobile plant and light vehicles to earthmoving and pipeline support gear. Operating outdoors in open, rugged terrain, you'll ensure our fleet runs efficiently in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain, service, and repair a range of equipment including light vehicles, trucks, mobile plant and small to medium sized earthmoving equipment.
* Perform diagnostics, troubleshoot faults, and carry out breakdown and field service repairs.
* Diagnose and repair equipment components as needed.
* Collaborate with the maintenance team to meet operational targets and safety standards.
About You
* Australian-recognised Heavy Diesel Trade Qualification.
* Experience across mobile plant, light vehicles, and ancillary equipment.
* HR Driver's Licence & Construction White Card.
* Openness to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening.
* Willingness to work FIFO (fly-in fly-out) and remote locations.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
* Relevant safety training (e.g., Working at Heights, 4x4 Driving, First Aid) depending on the site requirements.
* Field service or breakdown experience preferred.
