About your opportunity: * Prepare, produce and present quality fresh food as required in the production/menu schedule including special diets, whilst complying with established standards. * In conjunction with the Supervisor Operational Services, undertake menu planning, food rotation, ordering and receiving goods for the Operational Service areas. * Communicate on a regular basis with the Dietician and Supervisor Operational Services. * Work within a team environment and communicate effectively with other team members.
