About the Role
This role involves managing high-end events at a prestigious venue set on a stunning property, known for weddings, private escapes, and intimate functions. You will oversee event execution, lead casual teams, support bar and service operations, and ensure high standards of food and beverage service.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead event setup and breakdown
* Manage and mentor casual staff
* Deliver exceptional front-of-house service
* Oversee stock and beverage management
* Support menu development and staff training
* Maintain calm and organized service during large events
* Coordinate with venue management and hospitality director
Required Skills and Experience
* Experience in premium hospitality, events, weddings, or hotels
* Ability to work in fast-paced environments
* Knowledge of bar and beverage service, cocktail skills a plus
* Leadership experience with casual staff
* Strong organizational and strategic skills
