NSW Health Pathology have an opportunity available for a permanent full time Revenue Team Lead to join our Westmead team.
What you'll be doing
To assist the Revenue Manager by coordinating day-to-day activities in the revenue office. Activities involve management of workloads, assessing training needs and coordinating training as required.

* Experience in leading a multi-disciplinary team in order to meet KPIs, budgets and reporting deadlines
* Demonstrated knowledge and practical experience in health-related billing and patient information systems, as well as Oracle and Microsoft Office products
* Ability to allocate, motivate and train staff in order to achieve targets and maximise efficiency
* Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication skills that contribute to effective relationship management
* Demonstrated ability to assist the Revenue Manager to meet operational requirements, develop internal policies and procedures, and to liaise with stakeholders as required.
