Job Title: Healthcare Administrator
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive legal and health records.
This role involves working closely with agencies such as Police, FACS, and the Coroner to ensure all document requests are accurate, timely, and confidential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and prioritize medico-legal requests
* Process subpoenas, Chapter 16A, and High Risk Birth Alerts
* Ensure compliance with health privacy laws and policies
* Maintain and report on medico-legal databases
Requirements:
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Strong attention to detail
* Experience handling confidential information (public sector a plus)
* Knowledge of Chapter 16A or medical records systems (desirable)
