Hungry Jack's is on the lookout for a dynamic and driven Repairs and Maintenance System Manager to lead and evolve our Repairs and Maintenance Platform (R.A.M.P) across our national restaurant network.

What You'll Do
As the Repairs and Maintenance System Manager, your role as Team Leader is to oversee the daily operations and continuous development of our R.A.M.P team and system. Your key goal? Gain efficiencies in repairs and maintenance expenditure across the business.
You'll be responsible for:
Leadership & Team Development
* Lead, coach and mentor the R&M Service Coordinators
* Inspire a highly engaged, collaborative team culture
* Manage team performance and support professional growth
* Resolve conflict and drive motivation
System Management & Optimisation
* Manage and maintain the R.A.M.P system alongside your team
* Configure the system to align with State Facility Managers' needs
* Keep Service Level Agreements and contractor documentation up to date
* Work with our software partner (SWG) on system upgrades and enhancements
* Analyse data to generate actionable reports and insights
* Drive continuous improvements in system processes and user experience
Facilities & Contractor Coordination
* Work with State Facility Managers on issue escalation and resolution
* Monitor preventative maintenance (PM) schedules and contractor performance
* Ensure after-hours system support and compliance with our Contractor Management Guide
