Role Overview
We are seeking a dependable and caring Disability Support Worker to provide transport for a participant to and from their scheduled physiotherapy appointments. This role focuses on secure, punctual, and comfortable driving. A travel allowance will be provided to cover vehicle running costs in addition to your hourly rate.
Key Responsibilities
* Safely drive the participant to and from physiotherapy appointments
* Assist with getting in and out of the vehicle if required
* Maintain a clean, roadworthy vehicle at all times
* Be punctual, polite, and skilled
* Report any concerns or schedule changes promptly

* NDIS Screening Check
