This is an exciting opportunity for a sales and customer service professional to join our team. As a representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers in the showroom, over the phone, online, and at trade events with enquiries and purchases.
Responsibilities:
 * Assist customers with enquiries and purchases.
 * Handle and resolve product complaints professionally, both in person and in writing.
 * Pick and process online and in-store orders.
 * Liaise with freight companies to confirm shipping rates, arrange deliveries, and resolve delays and damages.
 * Manage emails, filing, and customer records efficiently.
 * Maintain a clean and well-organized office and showroom environment.
Requirements:
 * Full Australian working rights or permanent residency is essential.
 * Proven sales experience, with the ability to confidently sell products to customers.
 * Strong communication skills, particularly in handling customer complaints via email and over the phone.
 * Proficiency in relevant software such as CIN7 and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
 * Basic numeracy skills and a good understanding of office systems and procedures.
