Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver safe, compassionate, and quality care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care in collaboration with individuals and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
* Respond promptly to emergency situations and changing patient status.
* Contribute to quality healthcare through lifelong learning, professional development, research data generation, clinical supervision, mentoring, coaching, and policy development.
* Participate in relevant patient safety and quality education and deliver services according to National Patient Safety and Quality Standards.
