This is an opportunity to influence how leaders experience HR, enhance strategic partnering, and help embed a culture that is open, dynamic and future‑focused.**Your team**Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will be part of the People Leadership Team and lead a team of strategic Business Partners who work closely with senior leaders across the Bank.
