What this role involves: Food preparation and presentation of all meals served including Residential Halls, Cafes and Event Catering Support bulk cooking operations Support the Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations Adherence to legislated food hygiene and general safety practices Fast effective service provided with a smile
