Our client is a large Australian Corporate law firm with offices in Adelaide, Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Canberra. They are currently looking for a Receptionist to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.
**The Role**:
We are seeking a Receptionist to join our national Reception Team in our Adelaide office. This is a dynamic, active, and varied position that deals with both clients and people at all levels within the firm.
**Responsibilities include**:
- Managing a busy reception area
- Meeting room and event setup, including organizing catering, managing room bookings, stock ordering, and ensuring tech needs are met
- Administrative support, including photocopying, scanning, and other tasks such as binding and collating documents
We are looking for an individual who has a positive can do attitude with excellent communication skills, strong time management and organisational skills.
