The Role
We're seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead operations at our Yatala facility. You'll oversee delivery, drive efficiency through Lean processes, and lead a high-performing team to ensure safety, quality, and precision across all projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage switchboard production and workshop operations
* Own and embed HSEQ culture
* Drive efficiency and implement continuous improvement
* Lead, coach, and develop your team
* Provide technical advice and risk mitigation support
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes
What You'll Bring:
* 5+ years as a Production/Delivery Manager in manufacturing (switchboards/switchrooms/kiosks ideal)
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Proven ability in Lean manufacturing and efficiency improvements
* Solid understanding of industry standards, codes, and regulations
