Mechanical (HVAC) Draftsperson - Revit Operator
We are seeking a highly experienced Mechanical (HVAC) Draftsperson to join our team on a contract basis, working onsite at our Prospect, NSW office. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a range of complex and high-profile projects, with the potential for contract extension based on project pipeline and performance.
Please note: This is a full-time, office-based role. Remote or work-from-home arrangements are not available.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed mechanical services (HVAC) drawings using Revit to a high standard of accuracy and coordination.
- Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other drafting professionals to produce high-quality, coordinated documentation.
- Use Navisworks for clash detection and model coordination.
- Work within Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) for model collaboration and document management.
- Support design reviews and assist with resolving coordination or documentation issues.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years' experience in mechanical (HVAC) drafting.
- Strong working knowledge of Navisworks – essential.
- Experience using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) – essential.
- Revizto experience – desirable.
- Ability to read and interpret detailed mechanical documentation.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Must be willing to work onsite at our Prospect, NSW office.
