The key duties of the position include The Role The CASG Information Management Services directorate requires a motivated and self-driven digital professional to work as part of the CASG Web Team. This position is responsible for supporting and coordinating activities across Intranet and Collaboration environments that comprise the CASG Web Estate. The role will drive delivery of projects designed to improve design, navigation and accessibility across web platforms. The role is highly customer focused and requires excellent communication and collaboration skills. The successful candidate will be able to grow and develop their skills in web administration, project management, process mapping and knowledge management while gaining hands-on experience utilising current and future web platforms. Under direction from the CASG Group Web Manager (GWM), the candidate will also contribute to ongoing sustainment activities and customised solution delivery by the CASG Web Team. Responsibilities include: Supporting Web, Intranet and Collaboration operations. Project Management and delivery of web-related activities. Development of Knowledge Base resources and training materials. Supervision of GovTEAMS operational team. Ongoing learning to support future platforms. About our Team The CASG Web team is responsible for implementing web initiatives including project managing the delivery of new systems and upgrades in collaboration with wider Defence. The team provides CASG with a dynamic web capability that supports ongoing business improvement initiatives such as the development of web-based solutions for senior management. The team is currently based in Canberra and Sydney and depends on a strong team culture based on Defence Values to maintain our high performance and dedication to supporting capability delivery.
