The role

We are looking for a well-organised and motivated Property Operations Assistant to help support the smooth running of a diverse property portfolio within our Logistics Asset Management team. This varied role involves working across both operations and property management, with responsibilities including tenant and contractor coordination, lease and building administration, budget support, and general office tasks.

What you will be doing

* Operational and Tenant Support: Assisting Operations and Property Management teams with tenant relations, handling enquiries, communications, and ensuring high service standards across NSW and QLD.
* Financial Administration: Managing Purchase Orders and invoice processing via iBuy, support financial forecasting by entering data into Anaplan, and follow up on overdue payments.
* Document and Data Management: Maintaining SharePoint folders, filing systems, and producing high-quality documents (presentations, reports, agendas) in line with GPT standards.
* Emergency and Compliance Coordination: Supporting emergency response efforts with documentation and log sheets, and assisting with crisis management and building updates.
* Contractor and Lease Administration: Coordinating with customers and contractors, and supporting logistics lease administration to ensure up-to-date business records.
* Team and Project Assistance: Providing support on ad hoc tasks and projects, assisting with operations oversight including warden training, and managing logistics for mail-outs and couriers.
* Valuation and Property Documentation: Collating valuation materials for Property Management leadership and assisting with maintaining accurate property and operational data.

What makes you stand out

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented professional with experience in operations or facilities management (property knowledge is a bonus, but not essential). A background in property or a relevant qualification is advantageous, though we are open to those with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.

You will be confident and collaborative, with strong communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships. Your presentations and written work will be clear and professional, and you will be comfortable using Microsoft Office to stay organised, track progress, and deliver results efficiently.
