Salary: $75,000 to $80,000 per year plus superannuation
Experience: Minimum 12 months of experience in a similar role
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Cook to join our team at Noodle Box Logan Village. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of Asian-inspired dishes in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to Noodle Box recipes and standards
* Ensure all food is cooked and presented to a high standard and meets quality control guidelines
* Monitor and maintain stock levels of ingredients and supplies
* Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations
* Work efficiently and effectively to meet customer demand during busy periods
* Assist with menu planning and development
* Train and supervise kitchen staff as needed
* Maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times
Requirements
* Minimum 12 months of experience as a cook in a similar role
* Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations
* Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
* Excellent time management and organizational skills
* Strong communication and teamwork abilities
* Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (desirable)
