**The Role**
As a Document Controller you are accountable for assisting Project Managers in the successful management of project documentation
You directly support the Project Managers in their delivery of the construction of projects. Whilst your role may vary you will typically be tasked with processing the incoming and outgoing project documents, ensuring correct input into doc control software, distribution, follow up on reviews and issuing to clients. In addition you will be tasked with assisting in project communications, policy updates and documentation of quality control.
**Key Responsibilities**: 
Supporting the delivery of projects including but not limited to:
- Document submission to client 
- Receival and distribution of client documentation 
- Template generation and management 
- Review of company document formatting 
- Management of document registers 
- Document pack preparation 
- Report/document preparation and finalisation 
- Editing and creating document content 
- Generation of base documentation 
- Enforcing consistency of company documentation standards 
- Training staff in use of company templates 
- Assisting staff with MS Office products 
- Organisation of folder structures 
- Project support 
- Review of contracts for documentation requirements 
- Data entry 
- Record keeping 
- Internal reporting
**About you**:
- Highly developed organisational skills with an exceptional attention to detail 
- Excellent English communication and numeracy skills 
- High proficiency in MS Office 
- Understanding of priorities to ensures work flow is maintained
