About the Role
Senior District Service manager responsible promotes service excellence and ensuring customer satisfaction by providing training and guidance to individuals engaged in well site service operations.
This position is based in Brisbane, QLD
Key Responsibilities
· Responsible for profit/ loss/ROI and corrective actions
· Champion the implementation of new technology within Production Enhancement product service line (PSL)
· Coordinates and assists with the Correction, Prevention and Improvement (CPI) process for PSL
· Mentor employees and supervisors engaged in well site service work
· Conducts workforce planning, interfaces and works effectively with the Service Leader and the Performance Development Coordinator pursuant to employee development and evaluation issues
· Responsible for-profit/loss/ ROI and corrective actions
· Promote and encourage safety and service quality
Role Requirements
· Communication skills, Problem-solving skills
· Undergraduate degree in Production and Operations management, Industrial Engineering or similar disciplines
· 10 years of experience in a Service Leader or Performance Development Coordinator role and management experience
· Physical activity is normally required on the job, exposure to the elements or job-related hazards, but not on a routine basis.
