Join our dynamic Customer Service team and play a pivotal role in supporting Stockland Halcyon Communities across QLD, VIC, NSW, and WA. You'll be the friendly voice and guiding hand for prospective homeowners exploring our vibrant over-50s lifestyle communities. From nurturing online enquiries to helping convert interest into action, you'll be at the heart of creating places people truly love to call home.
What you'll do
Bring your natural warmth, empathy, and communication finesse to build genuine connections with potential homebuyers. As a key player in our Customer Journey, you'll engage with customers via phone and digital channels—sparking interest, building trust, and gently guiding them toward visiting our communities. Your role is all about creating meaningful first impressions and setting the stage for our sales consultants to shine.
This is a full-time permanent position that can be based in Melbourne, Perth, Brisbane, or the Sunshine Coast, with flexible working hours from 9am to 5pm, either Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday. The role also offers work‑from‑home flexibility and occasional access to our Gold Coast office if needed.
About you
Experience & skills that count
* Proven experience in a customer‑focused, phone‑based role
* Exceptional professional communication skills—both written and verbal
* High emotional intelligence and a genuine sense of empathy
* Ability to quickly build rapport with a diverse range of people
* Strong attention to detail and excellent data entry/database management skills
* CRM experience—Salesforce is a plus, but other platforms are welcome too
