The Role Manage the Director's diary with care: appointments coordinated, time protected, nothing missed Prepare agendas, capture minutes and track action items through to completion Provide ad hoc personal assistant support to the Executive Leadership Team Coordinate travel, accommodation and logistics for ELT members Keep office supplies, equipment and resources stocked and ready Maintain filing systems so documents are always findable Monitor shared mailboxes and route incoming enquiries to the right person Support internal events, meetings and communications coordination Keep CRM records current across leads, contacts and sales activity Coordinate and dispatch sampling requests, keeping the team and clients informed Handle customer correspondence and general enquiries with warmth and care Prepare quotes, sales documents and product information accurately and on time Who We're Looking For You have done this kind of work before and you bring your own standard to it. You do not need the role defined in detail because you already know what good looks like. You are a good fit if you: Have experience in a PA, EA or senior administrative role Manage competing priorities calmly and communicate clearly under pressure Handle sensitive information with discretion Pick up new systems quickly, with CRM and ERP experience an advantage Are comfortable working alongside a sales team without becoming the bottleneck And the non-negotiables: your follow-through does not need to be chased. You bring warmth and professionalism to every interaction. You take genuine pride in a well-run office, a clear diary and a team that feels looked after.
