Role Title
Enterprise & Fleet Sales Manager – Shell Card
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a national team of Enterprise & Fleet Key Account Managers.
- Grow the Enterprise & Fleet portfolio in both counts and volume.
- Set and deliver a clear strategy for the Enterprise & Fleet portfolio.
- Work with KAMs to develop and execute customer strategic account plans and foster partnerships.
- Develop and maintain exceptional customer relationships.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and Shell Card Marketing to execute robust marketing initiatives.
- Navigate internal and external stakeholders to achieve key outcomes.
- Develop capability in tender, contracts and pricing.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5–8 years of sales experience.
- Extensive experience in account management, strategy, pricing, contract and tendering.
- Marketing experience is advantageous.
- Demonstrated high commerciality and transferable skills from relevant roles.
