About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Payroll & Finance Officer to join.
The role will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll while also providing broader support across the finance team.
Responsibilities
Processing end-to-end payroll on a fortnightly basisMaintaining and administering the payroll and time and attendance systemProcessing new starter and termination paperworkLiaising with internal and external stakeholders for payroll queries and resolutions.Providing support to the wider finance teamGeneral bookkeeping and data management tasks as requiredPreparing reports and reconciliationsEnsure compliance with statutory regulationsAssist with audits as required
Ideal applicant
At least 2 years demonstrated experience processing end-to-end payroll - ADP is highly regardedExperience maintaining and administering time and attendance systems - Deputy is highly regardedAbility to interpret awards, enterprise agreements and employment contractsEffective time management & organisational skillsAbility to work autonomouslySound verbal and written communication skillsUnderstanding of employment legislations, regulations and awards
