What You'll Be Doing
This is a full-time role where you'll support patient recruitment and engagement for clinical trials through a combination of customer service and outbound outreach activities.
As a Customer Service/SDR - Clinical Trials Representative, you will:
* Speak with potential participants who have expressed interest in clinical trials
* Conduct outbound calls to qualify and screen potential candidates
* Answer enquiries and provide clear information about clinical trial opportunities
* Build trust and rapport with patients from diverse backgrounds
* Schedule appointments and consultations with research teams
* Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication throughout the recruitment process
* Accurately record interactions and update CRM systems
* Help improve participant engagement and recruitment outcomes
* Work closely with internal teams to achieve enrollment and recruitment targets
* Participate in ongoing training related to clinical trials, communication, and patient engagement, while applying critical thinking skills to assess participant suitability and pivot between different study opportunities to support recruitment outcomes

* Strong communication and active listening skills
* Previous experience in customer service, call centre, sales development, patient support, healthcare administration, or outbound calling
* Confidence speaking with people over the phone
* The ability to build trust quickly and handle sensitive conversations professionally
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Experience using CRM systems and managing follow-up activities
* A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
* The ability to work independently while contributing to team goals
Healthcare or clinical trial experience is highly regarded but not essential.
