These roles involve partnering with major customers to develop and leverage networks, optimizing revenue contracts while driving business growth through identifying new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to optimize information flow.
* Develop and implement long-term strategic solutions to manage future business growth opportunities or decline risks.
* Support proposal development, tender responses, and business case design.
* Lead negotiations and contracting processes with customers, focusing on contract renewals before expiry.
* Develop and maintain key account management plans for each customer in the portfolio.
* Deliver contract performance requirements through rigorous contract management.
Requirements
Candidates will be driven and passionate commercial specialists with strong interpersonal and communication skills, including negotiation, consultation, facilitation, and written communication skills.
A background in operations, logistics, strategy, and/or commercial sectors is desirable.
* Minimum 3+ years of experience in similar roles and backgrounds.
* Strong commercial experience with logistics background preferred.
* University qualification in Economics, Finance, Commerce, Engineering, or related discipline.
* High-level skills in customer service delivery in a large commercial organization.
* Solid understanding of financial analysis and business strategy.
